At Maytshie Web Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.

Project-Based Services

No refunds will be issued once a project has started and work has begun.

If a client requests cancellation before work has started, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or consultation fees.

Milestone Payments

Payments made for completed project milestones are non-refundable.

If a project is canceled mid-way, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.

Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The client fails to provide required content, feedback, or approvals on time.

  • Delays are caused by lack of communication from the client.

  • The client changes their mind after approving designs, layouts, or features.

Dissatisfaction & Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions as outlined in the project agreement.

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction if the delivered work meets the agreed project scope and specifications.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue caused directly by our work cannot be resolved, we will:

  • Fix the issue at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.

Third-Party Services

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Domain names

  • Hosting services

  • Paid plugins, themes, or third-party tools

These services are governed by their respective providers’ refund policies.
